Roark Aerospace suggest a three point plan that focuses on the deployment of land, sea and sky based hardware combined with open source reporting to hold the government accountable. This plan is known as “Project Naseby”
Hardware
Land- Deployment of mobile, solar powered PTZ camera units with edge AI and hyper spectral based tagging.
Sea- Deployment of Phorsycs unmanned surface vessels to intercept channel crossings in international waters or creating blockades at the border of international waters and foreign territory waters.
Sea/Air- Deployment of Mjolnir drones with WAMI and HSI imaging with edge AI processing capabilities to identify attempted crossings when they are still in foreign waters.
Air- Deployment of Mjolnir drones with WAMI and HSI imaging with edge AI processing capabilities to identify and tag those who make it ashore with non-refugee status.
Prevent
The primary purpose is to identify, intercept and prevent before crossing attempts become the problem of the UK Government.
Monitor
The secondary purpose is to uniquely identify via Hyper Spectral composition and facial recognition any individuals who are able to enter the UK via sea or road. These individuals will be given unique tags by our camera systems thus ensuring that they are unable to slip through the cracks in the system. In addition, pattern of life analysis combined with tagging will enable the identification of occurrences whereby these individuals commit a criminal offence that should warrant their deportation. In addition, machine learning and ongoing monitoring will enable the identification of those facilitate crossings and offer safe-haven once in country.
Accountability
All data and video feeds gathered will be open-source and available to the public. This material can be used to hold your local MP’s and the wider government accountable.
